At Manna Jewellers Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Securely Package the Item

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and pack it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
