How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewellery comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We recommend cleaning your jewellery with a soft cloth and storing it in the provided Manna Jewellers pouch when not in use.
